Science is the quest for truth behind material world. Science makes man distinguished from other creatures.Fundamental science is to know about the basic rules of nature that governs the universe. Applied science is the application of that fundamental knowledge to make the journey of life more comfortable. Somebody has righly said Technology is he enhancement of things that God has given us. B.sc. (Computer Sc.) is an enhancement of traditional science education to empower students with the knowlwdge of compuers. As we all are aware of the fact that computers are today an inevitable part of all walks of life. It is finding it's applicaion in Weather forecasting, Nuclear Science, Astronomy, Molecular Biology etc. Science students with computer qualification will find their scope in Teaching as well as in Fundamental areas of Research and Development (R & D) like Nuclear Science, Astronomy, Radiology, Geological Survey, Under sea exploration, Space Research etc.
