RULES &  REGULATIONS

1. A student must follow the Rules and Regulations of Institute and absorb strict discipline and decorum in
   the college. In case of any undisciplined or misconduct, the Head of College may at his sole discretion, 
   Impose fine or Punishment depending upon the gravity of misconduct or may expel the student permanently or for a specific period.

2. All request & complains must be reported through written application addressing the Registrar, SSU Society.

3. The college reserve right to fix and change time schedule of batches at any time.

4. All information related to students will be placed on notice board only.

5. The Fees is neither refundable nor transferable either in full or in part for any reason whatsoever expect caution money. 

6. In case of Fees Payment in installments, late fine Rs 5/- day will be payable if late after 5th day of each month. Fine will be adjusted in next installments. The Exam Fees, UDF and amalgamation fund of University are not included in fees and are to be paid according to the instructions of University by the student.

7. Where a student is on leave or absent, the student will be responsible for the course loss. Failing to minimum attendance the name could be struck off.

8. Every student is required to attend his classes regularly and punctually in the given batch time. Course once covered will not be repeated

9. A student can avail Library membership upon payment of Rs. 500/- as non refundable Membership Fees per Year.

10. A student is responsible to keep the book in proper order and in case of change or loss will be required to pay the full
    price and fifty percent of cost as fine. Fine of Rs. 1/- per day will be charged if student fails to return book within a period
    of seven days.

11. The SSU Society running college encourages ST/SC/Staff/OBC/Pre Enrolled / Economic Poor class student for higher education by providing quota and limited scholarship. Due to these grounds fees may vary from case to case. The same can be requested through application which is applicable only after sanction on case to case basis. This is on availability of seats and discretion of the society. This is however possible only at the time of admission and fees Fixed cannot be altered afterwards in any case. To meet the objectives, the Society launches schemes from time to time for limited seats providing Facilities and Relaxation to students under the conditions.

12. It is sole responsibility of student to fill the Exam Forms/ Registration Form / Backlog Form and other Forms of University fully and precautiously. Due to any mistake by student , it is responsibility of student to follow the process of rectification.

13. Student is not allowed to bring or use Mobile Phones, Camera, Beeping Calculator or any musical / beeping / electronic/electrical instruments. The chewing material like Gutkha, Tobacco, Supari etc. are strictly prohibited.

14. Classes can be managed at new premises at Dikshabhumi and/or at old College Building at Raibada, Opp. Nagar Nigam, Katni . The place of classes will be sole decision of Administrative Council of College .

15. The conveyance Charges of Bus or other Transportation will be borne by student.

16. The college council reserve right to change, amend or constitute rules as per the need and requirement.
